From top to bottom, our entire non-profit organization is built around getting people into high-paid careers, not just the education or training itself. That changes everything, because our main metric of success is not our graduation rate, but our Job Placement rate.
Employers want certified candidates, so we focus on getting you an industry-recognized certification instead of merely training or just giving you a certificate of completion.
Instead of letting student-demand decide what programs we offer, we only focus on jobs that are hot… careers that pay self-sustaining wages and are going to present the most opportunity to you when you get certified.
Hands-on learning is obviously the best way to learn. You’ll be spending a lot of time in class on hands-on activities, which will also increase your ability to transition from the classroom into your new job.
Instead of using full-time teachers, we typically use adjunct faculty who are professionals in what they teach. This means you’ll get quality training, instead of someone who just reads from the book.
But Most Importantly: You Matter
As a non-profit, we’re not sales-driven, but driven by a vision for changing lives. One of the most common things we hear from our students is that Lab Four treats them like family and will bend over backwards to help them.
