While many of our funding sources are targeted toward entry-level training, there is a need to support continued career advancement for mid and advanced level training among experienced technicians.  Labor market analysis indicates shortages in higher-level positions, likely to compound as the baby boomer generation begins to retire.  We provide scholarships that can match worker’s planned savings for advanced training that will allow individuals to reach career goals more expediently and move toward a higher standard of living.
