There are many ways in which we can partner with non-profits. At Lab Four we have the flexibility to continually create innovative approaches to strengthen workforce development services and systems through partnerships. Whether your organization provides job training or any type of direct service to the unemployed or underemployed, working together can strengthen service provision to our clients.
Referral-only partnerships
Lab Four is looking for partners to refer potential clients to with needs outside of the scope of our services. Examples include GED programs, expansive soft skills training, ESL programs and a host of other services that address barriers to finding and keeping employment.
Lab Four is also interested in outreach to individuals who are ready to commit to technical training and seeking industry-certifications. We have marketing materials that can be distributed via your agency to inform your clients of options for hard skills training available at Lab Four. Because we value these referral-only partnerships, we offer
$100 referral grants for each client referred from your agency that successfully completes the registration process. These grants can be used at your agency’s discretion and may be applied as scholarships and incentives to your clients to help offset the cost of technical training.
Partnerships for shared training in hard and soft skills
Are you looking to expand the range of services for your workforce training program? Consider contracting with Lab Four to provide technical training for your clients. Lab Four can offer off-site classes at your agency to increase convenience to the clients you serve or can host the classes at our training facility. Community Collaborations
Community collaborations are usually localized to a specific area and formed by community based organizations and businesses that are committed to creating positive community change in the area they serve. Many of these communities are addressing economic conditions and a strong workforce is an asset to creating positive change. Lab Four is a workforce development partner that can bring industry recognized curriculum and certification to the table as a collaborative partner.
