Lab Four works with local and regional partners to help upgrade or retool skills of community residents. We collaborate with local and regional partners to sustain a market-responsive workforce training system in creating on-the-job training and job placement opportunities. Industry-driven training programs with the support of our partners provide the learners we serve with the vehicle to test-drive careers and apply acquired skills.
Creating partnerships with nonprofit organizations (human and social-service agencies) that offer job-readiness services to their unemployed constituents is a strategy pursued by LAB Four. Our four-tier approach to training helps their clients succeed and improve their program outcome.
Lab Four’s on-the-job training program is made possible through partnerships with the business community. These partnerships help to further prepare learners for life after graduation in the 21st century global workforce. |
